The Ristorante di Poggio Antico is located on the premises and is run independently by Roberto and Patrizia Minnetti. Roberto Minnetti, a native Tuscan and renowned chef, proposes a cuisine steeped in local tradition and reliant on the availability of high quality fresh ingredients. Guests will not be disappointed by the splendid revisiting of typical regional dishes and the wonderful array of desserts. The menu changes regularly and never fails to surprise. The Ristorante di Poggio Antico is widely acclaimed as one of the top restaurants in Italy and offers a creative fine-dining experience in elegant surroundings, with a stunning view over the estate vineyards across to Monte Amiata. Guests can look across the vines to the charming hamlet of S. Angelo in Colle and, on extremely clear days, the sparkle of the sea can be made out in the far distance. In the summer it is possible to dine outside. The "Ristorante" is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week from April to October. It is closed on Sunday nights and on Mondays (all day) between November and March, and from January 7 through January 31.
